Eyes

The drama of a black liner was more popular than ever, where smudged liner on the upper and lower lash line was spotted at Marios Schwab giving that grungy rock-chick effect, as models wore cute cat's eye flicks at Jonathan Saunders. An eye liner pen is perfect to create the precision liner look and Collection Extreme 24 Hour Felt Tip Liner (£2.99) is smudge proof so perfect for these unique looks. Team your impactful black liner-look with nude, cream or tan eye shadow shades to really achieve these designers' beauty looks.

Metallics will bring your makeup bag bang-up to date! Wear them anywhere, whether it's on nails, lips or on your cheeks as a highlighter as seen on models for TopShop Unique. Choose golds, browns, coppers or corals for warm and natural shades to be worn throughout Spring/Summer 2012. A gorgeous natural brown metallic shadow shade will work well for day or night; I particularly love Collection Metallic Cream Eyeshadow (£2.99) in Cooper Pot and Gold Rush.

Lips

Burberry opted for gorgeous tulip pink lips, and Christopher Kane teamed natural taupe shadow on the eyes with a pink stain on lips. Both looks were wearable, modern and effortless. At Giles, wine-flushed cheeks and cherry stains on the lips looked simple but beautiful. You can achieve that just-bitten lip-stain effect by dabbing a long-lasting lipstick across the lip with your finger and blotting with a tissue to remove any excess. For a bright pink à la Burberry, try Collection Lasting Colour Lipstick (£3.49) in Pink Shock or for a cherry red like Giles, use Collection Lasting Colour Lipstick (£3.49) in Queen of Hearts or Valentine.

High-impact red lips were also the key beauty focus at a number of shows including Temperley London and Julien Macdonald. Designers teamed bold lips with fresh skin and barely there makeup to let your lips do the talking. Collection Volume Sensation Lipstick (£2.99) in Cherry Pop is the perfect head-turning red that will plump-up your pout for the on-trend lip-look for spring.

face

I love to make skin look beautiful and fresh, so it was great to see so many top designers including Burberry, Christopher Kane, Paul Smith, Mulberry, Vivienne Westwood, Matthew Williamson, Aquascutum, Acne, and Paul and Joe showcase youthful and pretty skin. To achieve the natural skin look, try Collection Colour Match Foundation (£5.99). It's a mistake-proof foundation with colour-match technology that blends to your skin-tone for a seamless and 'tango'-free finish.

Contoured cheeks in bronze shades dominated the catwalks where peach blush was swirled over the top and blended in giving a touch of colour. To achieve the spring/summer 2012 cheekbone colouring, Collection Shimmer Shades (£3.99) in Way-To-Glow is a makeup bag must-have. The combination of shimmering peach and golden-bronze shades instantly lifts and illuminates the skin. Just dust across the cheek for fresh-faced skin in an instant.
